In order to receive your refund:

Each product purchased on loksak.com will come with an invoice.  To return an item, follow the instructions below.  We’ll refund your purchase if you:

Call first and receive a RA (return authorization) number and shipping address.  Our number for this is 239-331-5550.  Please do not just send an order back without completing this brief process.  Return the product unopened and in the same condition in which you received it.  Include the invoice with the Reason for Return written on the back of invoice.  Return the product within 30 days of the shipment date.

Defective Bags: A bag deemed truly defective will be replaced if returned within 30 days after purchase.  Please provide proof and date of purchase via a receipt or paid invoice with the defective product and we will send a new replacement along with a complimentary item(s).

Note: We will credit your account once the dealer has acknowledged receipt of your returned item.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
