IV. BASIC TERMS FOR BULK PRODUCT

Resellers found to be in breach of this order may have their reseller privileges revoked with immediate effect.

1) Bulk product cannot be resold as individual, stand-alone items. No bulk product will make
its way to the civilian market for resale.
2) LOKSAK products require LOKSAK retail packaging when sold into the civilian market.
3) LOKSAK name and logo are the sole property of LOKSAK. They may not be used without
the prior, express written permission of LOKSAK.
4) Custom logo printing is available for OEM orders. Custom logo orders and International
orders require prepayment.
5) Custom printed logos are not permanent and can become marked or scratched after
normal wear and use.
6) Bulk bags are pulled from LOKSAK’s current inventory. All inventoried bags will come
preprinted with LOKSAK’s information.
7) Custom sizes are available. Note that minimums for this option are very high. A bag
measuring roughly 3”x 6” will require an order of at least 100,000 units. To receive bags without
LOKSAK’s preprinted information, a custom run would be required.

V. REPLACEMENTS FOR CONSUMERS

If you want to offer replacement bags for your customers, the replacements are required to be
in the LOKSAK retail packaging. Retail packaging cannot be broken open to sell individually.
